hyp.lt is an online marketplace where independent shops in India sell fabric painting courses, materials and designs. hyp.lt runs the website, takes payment and helps when something goes wrong; the shops make, describe, price and send what they sell.

The operator's legal name, registered address and contact details will be published here before hyp.lt opens to the public.

You need to be 18 or older, or use hyp.lt with a parent or guardian. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account.

We may suspend accounts or shops that break these terms or the rules on what can be sold, or that put other people at risk.

Prices are set by shops and shown in Indian rupees. Payment is taken online through our payment partner when you place an order. Each shop posts its own items and sets its own return policy, shown on its listings.

If there's a problem with an order, open a case from the order. If you and the shop can't settle it, hyp.lt reviews both sides and decides on a refund. Our decision on a case doesn't stop you using any rights you have under consumer law.

Shops must describe items honestly, sell only their own work or goods they're entitled to sell, post within their stated dispatch time, and answer buyers.

hyp.lt keeps a commission on each sale, shown in the shop's settings. Sale proceeds are held until 7 days after delivery and paid to the shop's verified bank account on request. We may hold or recover money for refunds, chargebacks and decided cases.

You keep the rights to photos, listings, reviews and posts you add. You let hyp.lt show them on hyp.lt and in its own promotion of the marketplace. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

Shops are responsible for the items they sell. hyp.lt is responsible for running the marketplace with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
